Passenger Rear door does not unlock with remote

For some reason my rear passenger door doesn't unlock with the rest of the doors, however it does lock with the rest.
Any ideas as to what it may be or where I should start looking.

Anyone know if this sort of thing covered under the RAC warranty that Traders use ?

New latch required

Most "trade" warranties only cover breakdown failures. All depends what was put on the car for sale. But no harm in asking Thumbs Up
