With a similar engine in my 2012 rrs, a 3.0 sdv6, I get around 20mpg dawdling around town and about 25 to 27 motorway, depending on right foot twitch.

Got 35 indicated one time in the average speed control section of the A9 but nearly died of boredom.

You must have a very heavy right foot as mine is the same age as yours but I get 26 round town and 33 on a run. 35mpg is the best I have ever seen. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

Not especially. I stick to speed limits in town though the envionment is relatively hilly. Maybe you live on the flat or downhill a bit.

I do a regular trip from the midlands to Glasgow and Edinburgh at typical motorway speeds, much in cruise control, and have never seen 30mpg. Ever.

Full service history etc 82k miles. Driving like miss daisy might get 30 plus in a motorway, I got that averaging 65mph on the A9, but life is too short.

PS, this is real mileage measured. The range finder on the dash is a wee touch optimistic 😁

Bill if I dont reset the mpg indicator and leave it a couple of thousand miles, over a month or two, 26 to 28 mpg mix couple of midlands to Glas/Edin and a good amount of urban is pretty typical.
