SPOTIFY KEEPS CRASHING

Hi. NOt sure if anyone can help, but does anyone know how to fix Spotify working on a MY14.5 RRS incontrol apps. Mine opens up and then keeps crashing to the RECONNECT screen. Have had LR dealer do a software upgrade, but still does it. What version of the APPS should be running on the car please ?

Any help gratefully received...
