Incartec - Range Rover Harmon Kardon MKi Direct Input Lead

Hello All,

Hope everyone is having a great February, we wanted to inform everyone about a product that we produce, which will allow you to utilize the original telephone and aux input on the RR SPORT, DISCOVERY 3 and FREELANDER 2 (non alpine system) for the installation of a Parrot MKI kit for handsfree bluetooth music streaming & phone calls. This part is very easy to install and will add additional functionality to you system without actually changing the original system.

I will put a link to the product below so you guys can check it out if your interested

Kind regards,

2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

Hi,

I have a 2005 RRS supercharged that has the H/K Logic 7 built in. As you probably know the Bluetooth just about works and there’s no Bluetooth streaming as standard! If I bought your new 10-325A lead along with a Parot MKi system what would that give me? Would I be able to use existing steering wheel controls for the radio as normal? Would my iPhone connect to the parrot and I use the parrot navigation wheel to control all Bluetooth aspects? Thanks Jake

Hello Jake,

That's exactly correct steering wheel controls will work as normal and the parrot MKI will control most aspects of the bluetooth (skip track volume etc) to give you music streaming as well as phone calls.

Kind regards,
Incartec

Thanks for the reply!

In essence, just this lead and a MKI9200 is needed? So as well, this will still keep the H/K logic 7 system in use? I’ve seen a few kits and Parott installers say the Parott will bypass the amp?! Guess most don’t know about this lead though!

Thanks again,

Jake

Hi Jake,

Again thats correct, this lead utilities the original telephone input and aux so it keeps the logic 7 amp working, parrot kits can also be purchased on our website.

Kind regards,
Incartec
