United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black
2012 SDV6 (face lift old shape) rear shocker / align advice

Chaps - The adaptive dynamic fault came on last week and its in the steelers. I read the fault codes before it went in.

3x codes. 1) Communication issue with dynamic suspension, the other 2 were nearside front and rear variable dampener current outside range. I though this could have been the common wiring problem out of the shocker but apparently not.

Diagnosis is the main rear wiring loom (co-insidentally they fitted tow bar wiring 3 weeks earlier and i guess this plugg into the rear loom)

And an internal fault with one of the rear shockers.

All under warranty, so not particularly fussed as long as it all gets sorted.

However, my question is this. If they are replacing one of the rear shockers, then should i be asking for a 4 wheel alignment? can it be replaced without disturbing the ball joints and linkages etc? thoughts?

Thanks in advance
