I would do neither. The OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited bulbs are a much better option.

If you're replacing the xenon you'll need to go Xenarc.

When I replaced the bulbs in my TDV8 I used Xenarc Unlimted for the xenon and Nightbreaker Unlimited for the H7 "fill in" unit. That would give you a nice colour match between the xenon and the H7. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Controversially you could always replace the H7's with LEDs, I did and haven't looked back. I started a thread on here with some details for the ones I ordered (which are still as good as the day I bought them!) Whistle

I concure with Wayneclarke. Changing the halogen H7 bulb for a LED replacement is a positive move. I fitted 6500k Phillips LED bulbs and the additional high beam performance compared to using a halogen bulb (even the best halogen bulb) is significant.
The LED bulb does not match the colour temperature of the OSRAM night breaker unlimited (6500k vs 4300k) but this is not really noticable from behind the steering wheel.
