Will there be any issue with the heat from the new bulbs?

I understand that all xenon headlights must have the headlamp spray jets installed also... .

Isn't that more of a legal requirement rather than safety or functional?

Yes, in some countries. In Europe, UK, Australia and most other developed countries I would presume so. But why do you think this is a legal requirement if there was no safety or other reason? Is it a practice in the UK to make it mandatory and a legal requirement to fix something in your car that is not safety or funtional related? Why?

Anyway in countries like Malaysia and elswhere there are no such requirements. People are just modifying their cars as they like.

That is why, even knowing that this is a legal requirement in YOUR country, I have deemed it fit to just mention this for the benefit of the others. Malaysia Boleh!

Received my new xenon headlights today and plugged them in. Probably 15 mins total and hey presto, they work! No mods needed, straight over swap. They are definately a huge improvement over the halogens. By the way, all RRS's in OZ come out with the bright light kit which includes the washers etc. Very Happy

Good to hear, Driller. The difference between xenon and halogen is a world apart, isn't it... Thumbs Up
