Total loss of Power, Engine system Fault and Black Smoke

Hi All i have a RR Sport "07 2.7TD6 , When starting the "Engine i get Engine System Fault" Error at which Point the Car has very low power(I often have to select Low Range to get out of the Inclined parking at Home), The car also produces alot of black smoke and as you continue driving and attempting to accelerate(The Smoke) smells like Parrafin or Diesel, the car all this time having very low power unless going down a slope or a flat area, afterwards i have horrible mileage today it returned a Shocking 2.2 KM/L on the Gas,It also doesnt seem to be able to Rev beyond 2500-2800 RPM even on neutral.Separately i also get Transmission Fault limited Gears available(With a Big "F" on display, Plus "special Programs Off" )especially when i have just started it and engage reverse(One of the Tail Lights is out-i am seeking a genuine rangerover replacement for that), Please help with advice if possible.

First check the large hoses under the bonnet for splits. (these go from turbo, to front intercooler, to top of engine)
Check the one that goes from bottom of car to top of engine.

Otherwise read the fault codes, and see if anything turbo related

These Seem a Bit hard to Acsertain as leaking but my check just now tells me they may not have a Leak..Should i check from Underside of the Car?

So frutrating, the Bonnet feels like a Jungle full of Hard to Reach places,..i tried running my Hand along the Pipe coming from the Bottom of the Engine(I was not in a Position to feel any of the Bends)But all looked okay..Air Filter doest seem to have a problem, I could only manage a Picture of the AirFilter Area..Also sometimes when driving..especially in the last two days, after leaving a parked area the Car struggles so much emitting thick smoke(With heavy smell of fuel)..then starts shaking and sounding a bit off as it Revs, you almost feel the Engine shaking and a few times the shaking and seeming struggle to even reach 1000 RPM's has led to the Engine completely switching off(On Steep hills-twice), then i restart- At that point it doesnt seem like the Car is burning any fuel
