I thought first that the mechanic had over inflated the tyres and what with a trailer on the back, coming into even mild corners at 40 or 50, sometimes the ABS would kick in. Back off the throttle, let it sort itself out and carry on. Learned to go slowly into corners and re-set the tyre pressures. Got me around.

Today, first time using the car since towing, on flowing B-Road and its doing the same again I'm hoping its not the front ACE, didn't notice any fluid and there's no dash lights. Ideas?

First off it’s the DSC which is kicking in is it when going into left or right corners or both ? First check tyre pressures if you haven’t already. Have you had the wheel alinement checked/adjusted recently, might be the steering angle sensor is faulty or needs resetting.
I had a similar problem on my D3 going round right hand corners found the o/f/r upper bush had gone. Replaced the bush problem solved. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

i had this when i picked up my RRS
someone had put 36 psi in one rear tyre and 46 in the other !!
36 psi in both and it was fine

I had this problem a while back on my old RRSport because I'd put cheap types on. Got them swapped out straight away and no problems thereafter. Have you got a recognised brand of tyre on? Just something else to consider!!

I've just checked where the car was previously standing and there is definitely something oily underneath where it was. Can't see any drips under the car though.

There is a tray between the front ACE bar and the road, if there is a leak that will catch all the oil and unless it's a significant amount it won't leak. If you check the reservoir though you will see if the system needs oil (and if it's leaking it will).
I would start by having a suspension calibration done and the ACE system tested.

Took car to garage this morning & rear tyres were 42psi, so that might have caused the issue. Fronts were spot on. Still going to check the steering angle sensor. Tyres are AT3s

Took the inspection tray off and its actually transmission fluid and "seems" to be coming from the plug in the picture.ACE fluid is still at the correct levels. Left it with them to sort out. What's that for? I'm guessing sensors of some type?
