Yes - the homelink thingy

This can be fitted in the Uk to any car through an aftermarket firm - its a neat job - works on the headlight "pull" column/stalk I seem to remember - so as you pull onto your driveway - flash your lights at the garage door - it sends a signal to your electric g/door = hey presto it opens

Can't remember where I noticed it though S/Times or Autocar or somewhere recently.
