All this talk of crankshafts is making me nervous so I have thought of putting it back to standard and getting rid. If I did I would find one of the last L320 Supercharged and mod that instead.

What would have been nice is Land Rover putting the TDV8 4.4 Diesel in the runout L320 Laughing 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

I had thought of changing to a petrol too. Changing job in the next few weeks and if things work as planned this year, I might be looking down the petrol route. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Seems that pre-facelift L320’s are gaining cult status................ must admit that if the forecast delays for my Mini PHEV materialise and delivery is put back any later then I will go and take a look for one to replace my L494 SDv6, for the prices that even moderate miles pre-facelift S/C’s make the cash savings over a brand new car pays for a lot of petrol even for an S/C! And now my annual miles are below 8000 a petrol makes better financial sense than a diesel 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Rob, thought you were deserting us my friend, moving on to Kia/Hyundai. How about some feed back on your Korean craft Whistle

Mind you as Buckster states, he is like several of us, worried about the 2 piece crankshafts. Big Cry So begs the question, could I afford to run a V8 Whistle In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.
