Traction Control /DSC light

Hi Lads
Not had the Sport out for a bit until today. When driving through a left hand corner a few times either with or without braking the Traction Control appears to be cutting in for a few seconds and out again on I reckon the front drivers side wheel and the Traction Control /DSC light illuminates and clears.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it. Could it be a faulty sensor or one that needs cleaning.

Thanks Jock. Confused

Evening jock
Firstly check your tyre pressures, if one is considerably lower it can cause issues.
When I had a similar issue on my previous RRS, it was due to the wheel alignment. On winding roads the traction would kick in making it feel very unstable. Once alignment was done it felt like a new car. MY12 RRS HSE

Steering angle sensor or tyre pressures. See it all the time...

Re. Dsc / Traction Control

Thanks Lads

Will check the tyre pressures first. Again I think it's not helping that it's not getting used very often. Thumbs Up

Just thinking although it might be a long shot, My rear upper suspension arms are quite badly worn I reckon especially the Drivers side .Could this affect the steering angle sensor as it is cornering. Question (Booked for repair in the next couple of weeks.)

Cheers Jock
