2017 my "import to car memory"

I've been following the instructions to load CDs or ipod tracks onto the car memory but the add button is Greyed out. Has anyone had any luck loading CDs into the memory? Where am I going wrong? I suspect it maybe that the CDs/ IPod tracks re protected and it's nothing to do with the car, I've had a similar problem with my Audi. Any help gratefully received.

Thanks all, I've seen another instruction video which identied another button on the CD playing screen, this has worked. However, I'm still trying to find a way of moving iPod tracks across.

Thanks Jimbg, spot on. Moved ITunes library to memory stick and it works a treat. Any idea the size of the media memory?

No idea, I copied 16GB with no problem. I guess it must be a fair size. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

This is interesting? I don't think importing media to the unit via USB is an option with my year model. If it is I'd sure like to know how ? I can play media from USB, but unit won't read playlists which is a PITA . M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.

IRballs, have now moved whole iTunes library via USB stick, maybe the following photo helps, it's the second red button that starts the transfer.

First photo I've tried to add on forum so hopefully it's there!
