My Range Rover Sport Profile

How do I get the little RRS pic to appear next to my country flag when I post something.

I have gone into my profile and filled in the information under "My Range Rover Sport Profile" but it still does not come up. The only section I have left blank is Specification as none of the options apply to aussie L320 (series 1 cars). Our trim specs were based on engine so we never has Autobiographies, HSEs, SEs, S etc - maybe there needs to be a box which says NA.

I agree that you select the closest spec, my profile shows a grey L320 facelift because there is no option at all to show L494 RRS2’s 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I suppose I could just click anything but that defeats the purpose of the little icon which is to inform at a single click the vehicle being referred to.

I wont worry about it. 07MY RRS TDV6

you should worry about it, because it lets people know what year car you have and what engine is has.

That is so but Garry has that info as his signature anyway which is more than a lot of members do. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Yes I do agree - while this forum is a UK site and lists the model options available in the UK, the reality is that it is an International site and should cover that option (most Aust members do not have this option activated) - maybe a simple NA or other as an option would suffice.

Yes I could put SE or HSE in there but anyone clicking will think my vehicle is a SE or HSE which it is not. I am not sure what differences there are in the various trim levels but my lower spec seems to be a cross of all levels - some basic features like non folding mirrors and no heated mirrors but high spec trim and radio but so satnav - the original owner could have optioned to your HSE standard but didn't.

Anyway as Tim has mentioned I have information in my signature so that will suffice but maybe admins might want add a further option to cover other vehicles. I will report this post so that it gets their attention so they can consider it.

Cheers

In my defence I was simply unaware of the Australian market only using the engine as the model with no further specification! No-one has mentioned it before in 13 years Wink

I'll see what I can do to accommodate you, and I will also be adding L494 too. Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

Thanks - I think it only applies to the L320 (series 1) - I think the later L320 and current L494 all have HSE etc versions.

Interestingly the D3 equivalents all had S, SE and HSE variants.

I think just adding "other" to your current list in the spec list will have it covered. Any is not a big issue but something for Admin to think about for your next update of the site (which is great by the way Very Happy )

I think the US market is the same.

My SE was a good guess then.
