Looks like it to me - when it's cleaned & polished correctly the gold sparkles in certain light

When I picked up my 12MY Santorini from an approved dealer I had to ask the colour it was more like Sumatra - Java due to incorrect cleaning 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

That looks a bit too flakey for Santorini. Bosphorous Grey perhaps, or maybe Ligurian Black (although that has more hints of blue in).

Seeing that Ligurian is a £3500k option it seems no better than the Santorini.
I did not realize it had all those colours in it, very nice.
