Deplorable side steps

Hi first post,bought a new RRS dynamic 2 weeks ago after binning my Porsche Macan.Saturday morning drove up to Manchester and when I arrrive the drivers side steps were stuck in half position and the other side was out.got home yesterday still the same dispite trying to reset.Still the same this morning however after booking it in to the local dealer by midday and the temperatures rising it’s now working properly.Conclusion frozen

Spray the joints with lithium grease and they will be fine 2017 Range Rover Sport SVR
