Thanks for the reply I think the problem with the 2005 model is the lights are vertical rather than horizontal in the doors panel. |

Here's a picture of mine. As you can see the logo is not very clear although I seem to remember when I first fitted it it pointed down more and was more focused. I have a feeling it can be focused by moving the bulb.

These are the ones I have, not everyone's cup of tea but amuses me. It is a later facelift variant though so the door one's shine straight down.

I installed some about 2.5years ago in my 2010 TDV8. They were quite expensive at UKP60 for a pair The novelty wore off in about 5 minutes. Fortunately I found that the drivers side image started to fade after about 6 months and at 12 months the image was virtually just a fuzzy image. The problem with these projector units is that they use a plastic slide with the image which sits in front of the Led unit and the Led unit gets very hot so the image on the plastic films gets bleached. This did not happen on the passenger side as the door hardly ever got opened.
