Jay - the top photo/plate is the same size plate used for the Rover 75 which in turn is slightly bigger than the S type jag ones.

the lower plate I have on mine [ or looks as big ] mine measures 52cm wide by 15cm deep

Talking of making plates up - I/we always had special design plates done that I designed, they included our surname [ Perry ] coat of arms and on mine the S4 logo and on mrs MDP's being half maltese and the plate M8 LTA she had the maltese flag.

Forgett the white background - that doesnt show.

I thought about doing the same for the S/C but I kinda like the plain look at the back - plus the colours in the logo/badge/coat of arms looked OK on the brilliant red S4 and TT.
