Fault coder reader fails to connect to any modules

Try to read fault codes on my rrs and it sees the modules but fails to connect to them just says error. My rrs is running fine with no problems just carnt understand why no connection this has been tried on a 2k snap on diagnostic. And land rover specialist diagnostic both come up the same error connecting any ideas. 2006 rrs

My only guess (and it is a guess) is maybe a problem with the OBD connector?
If the car is running fine but you can't find any modules then suggests a connection issue with the diagnostic connection?
Would be interested to see what you eventually find out!

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?
