Just looking closely at the wheels, they may look better in the flesh but certainly in the pictures they don't look great.
Could another option be to spec the wheels from the next model down? The black 9012 wheels look like they may be nicer?

That quickly knocks that little idea on the head Neutral
I still think/hope the wheels/exhausts will look better in the flesh as against looking at pictures on the screen (likewise with the seats)!
The (big) plus points are the more appealing side vents and the extremely cool looking bonnet, the previous plasticky looking fake bonnet air vents were like two big ugly spots on its forehead. The improved front bumper area is also a big upgrade imo. Think the back lights look better too.

Yes, agree the bonnet (without the CF) looks good and I too like the new front bumper.

Wavering already, just 24 hrs later Neutral
Saw an Estoril svr today and I'm not f***ing sure about it!
Blue just ain't my thing.
Right now I'm thinking White. Have never had a white car and this model won't have those ugly bonnet air vents to stand out and will have nicer side vents thrown into the mix. The new silver exhaust tips will also be less obvious on white (v Blue).
One problem could be that all the CF trimmings would look the business on a white car, which would up the ante cost wise.
Black top, Black wheels and Black leather, I'm beginning to convince myself..

Check that your insurer will provide cover for that sort of paint finish, many won’t as it means a total respray for even minor paintwork damage. I had a lurid TVR back in the 1990’s and really had to shop around to get any of the big names to provide cover at a reasonable price for a car with a scintachrome paint finish. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Sally I posted a photo of an L405 RR in Madagascar Orange here - http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic48177....adagascar. I don’t think it would work with all the black bits on the RRS SVR, 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

That's a bit bright Sally! I'll check out the other colours and if I bump into Phil later I will have a proper look at the Estoril!
