not seen them before, looks basic in design, but images look ok

But expensive, when compared to entry level dashcams

I was just looking at the fact its not obvious that its there and looks quite neat

Really looking at keeping the installation as neat as possible and if it runs directly through the fuse board shouldn't be too hard to fit.

Don't know how difficult removing the piece behind the mirror is though as haven't really looked yet. Just after opinions.

To be honest it looks a bit clunky to me. I have a Road Angel Halo dashcam in my RRS and it fits very unobtrusively behind the mirror plus its available with a rear facing cam as well. Isnt half the point of a dashcam that it is visible and helps to put off potential vandals and other scum? I certainly feel a little bit more secure when parking my RRS in a car park knowing that a little blue flashing light is telling people theyre being watched

Seems expensive for specifications and quality, it states for RRS year 2015. I presume onward years? John

Most people want them less visible to deter thieves smashing a window and nicking it. Steve.

Looked at these but I don't like the idea of cigarette socket power. I would much rather have a direct feed from the fuse board as its much neater.

It does have direct feed. The specification states, "safer and stabler 12V line to plug directly into the car fuse box", direct feed, nothing about cigarette socket power.

Looks like a neat and tidy installation to me.

Apologies. I just took from a fitting guide that it just used feed from the cigarette lighter
