To be honest it looks a bit clunky to me. I have a Road Angel Halo dashcam in my RRS and it fits very unobtrusively behind the mirror plus its available with a rear facing cam as well. Isnt half the point of a dashcam that it is visible and helps to put off potential vandals and other scum? I certainly feel a little bit more secure when parking my RRS in a car park knowing that a little blue flashing light is telling people theyre being watched |

Seems expensive for specifications and quality, it states for RRS year 2015. I presume onward years? John

Most people want them less visible to deter thieves smashing a window and nicking it. Steve. |

Looked at these but I don't like the idea of cigarette socket power. I would much rather have a direct feed from the fuse board as its much neater. |

It does have direct feed. The specification states, "safer and stabler 12V line to plug directly into the car fuse box", direct feed, nothing about cigarette socket power.

Apologies. I just took from a fitting guide that it just used feed from the cigarette lighter |
