I have just checked faults and this was in system

U1A03-62 (6Cool Vehicle configuration parameter - Algorithm based failure - signal compare failure
Hope this helps if anyone knows the problem
I tried the pushing tuning knob to reset radio but nothing happened
I then tried changing car configuration with iid tool which resets car but still no change

Sounds like you have messed up the ccf if you go into the IDD tool and find the save/restore part and restore the original file that was saved when you first plugged it in it should return the car to its original state or your amp.most circuit may have a fault Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Start off by disconnecting the battery for 10s or so. Mine used to do that until I replaced the battery. Sat nav screen would freeze on the LR logo too.

I spoke to a car audio Center today they said could be amp or even Bluetooth module
Not sure if related last week I tried used some cloths I keep in cubby hole where Bluetooth module is and the cloth was quite wet
Do the sports have problems with water getting in around this area and could this be the cause of my problem ie water has got into Bluetooth module

I guess their concern is that the optical network is broken, so the sound doesn't get to the amp.
They have a good point.

Is the bluetooth talking to the headunit ok ?

I’ve tried 2 different phones that are paired with the module but neither will connect with it

You can get an optical loop off for a couple of quid to disconnect the Bluetooth And see if sound is restored
