I had Ian do me some vented/grooved fronts for my Brembos, which together with the Kevlar pads he supplied came to £180. A good performance enhancement over OE. Now done 55k+ miles and on 2nd set of pads though I expect to need to replace the discs in about 5k miles. The combination really works well and stops me effortlessly every time, even from high motorway speeds or (v) late braking into roundabouts, which surprises many people! Also no problem stopping with 2t of trailer/load on the back.

I didn't do the rears as the marginal benefit due to the crappy slide calipers probably not worth the effort - pads only.
