Well we got to an impass. The car was £85k and total discount came out at only £7,600 off the total price with all discount including the £1,500 for the finance. which is just under 9%. I agree with some of your comments, I don't think this is a good enough deal to make the jump now.

We don't have to do anything until December when the lease runs out on our car, so we have a few more months and can wait for JLR end of quarter to see if we can get anything better. It is a shame, I did like the spec.

Rich quite right stick to your guns not many people will buy a car at that money without specking it exactly as they want from the factory, I think you'll get a call over the next few days, I would jump at 12% overall if everything else stacks up for you, if not get a nice new my18!😄
