Transmission Flush - Great customer feedback

Just bought I'd share this D3 customer feedback with you as I thought it was great example of why you should keep the transmission oil changed at far greater intervals than LR recommend!

"All I can say is Wow

Had Ian (Bodsy) come and do a transmission flush today and what a difference!!!!
I never realised that a lot of the jerkiness i suffered from before was down to the transmission.
Now when it changes gear the only thing I notice is that the rev's drop. It's so smooth. The kick down is now unbelievable as it just drops a gear and the revs increase, not like it used too. Money well spent.
I purchased the car a number of years ago and suffered the vibration on the way to have some warranty work done. They changed the torque convertor and i never thought any more of it. I then started reading posts on the forum about needing a gearbox flush after a certain amount of miles. So I tucked that away into my subconscious. My car has now done 100,000 km's since the new torque convertor was fitted so i decided it was time for a flush. Fortunately I am now back in the UK so I could call on forum members to help.
Ian has done a superb job for a very good price and I am extremely pleased with the results. It's a well recommended job. Thanks Ian.

Ivan"

LR recommend 10 years or 150,000 miles.
ZF who actually make the gearbox recommend between 50,000 and 75,000 miles Bodsys Brake Bible

Testing over the summer continues.....
it's not a race! Laughing but I know we'll be inundated with 8 speed box flushes, so want to make it easy and right for all.

To be fair, It's Geoff and Woody32 who have done all the hard work on the pipes, I'm just tagging along. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible
