United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Cairns Blue
what OE wheels when she was new?

We've recently purchased out RRS 2006 HSE and I'm told it has 2015(?) RRS wheels fitted (10 spoke 20 inch jobbies with 255/55/20 110Ys' on). No problem with these and as I have only known these it looks good and drives fine.

But where can I view what wheels would have been fitted/or an option when she was new.

TVM.

Steve.

2006MY had 19" 5 V Spoke alloys as OEM, if it had the 20" 10 spoke then the original owner opted for the Dynamic Response Pack with trick electro-hydraulic ARB's and the uprated steering rack.
This is the design your car had when it left the factory - middle row right hand wheel.
The 10 spoke on the bottom left was fitted if the owner specced the DR option but the bottom right "Stormer" style was a popular choice too (it was the standard wheel for 1st Edition S/C's)

Same wheels on my TDv8 but shod with Ice and Snow tyres after a day in the Keilder Forest...

Thanks for your reply Tim, sorry I now realise I have left out some relevant information. My car does not have the Dynamic response fitted and the dealer that sold me the car changed the wheels from his "stock" of RR wheels. I remember him showing me (we're also have a good rapour with him) but for the life of me I cannot remember the style. The wheel fitted looks very similar to the bottom row left hand wheel, the spoke has a slight twist effect.

I'm just more concious as I get to know more knowledge on the car that it has had oversized wheels fitted for bling effect and I'm more of a factory man, but to contradict that it does suit the car Thud

Not that it will be a worry now your car is 10 years old but the 2006 shouldn't be fitted with 20" wheels without the uprated steering rack as the 19" wheel rack wasn't up to the extra stress............. 1000's of people run on them with no adverse effects on the steering rack, but anything bigger could cause premature wear.
I have the 2005/6 MY brochures but they are very large 45mb files if you would like a copy I can send the scanned literature via a Dropbox address if you could send me an email address that can accept 100mbs of attachments 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Yes those are for the L494 HSE - RRS2 not L320 RRS1

There are some good photos of them here, unfortunately they have just sold!

The lower one was the OEM 19" wheel on 2010 facelift SE's or HSE's IIRC 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
