[SOLD] 4x Alloys & 6 GGAT tyres 255/55/19 on D3 side

Hi,
set of 4 wheels fitted with GGAT tyres, just removed from the car this weekend were still in use, I am going to have a change around so they are for sale

They are 255 x 55 x 19 111 rated tyres so a bit of increased ground clearance and possibly softer ride Question

I will be placing them for sale over on D3 as well as same size on D3 & D4s

They have been previously refurbed primer/silver/lacquer and are in good condition, will be putting the centre caps on my other set when these are sold.

I also have Two spare tyres (no wheels) to match these,

Tread depth across the tyres are fronts 4.4.4. and rears 5.5.5. all even wear the spare tyres are 4.5.5 worn more on 4mm edge and 6.5.4. again warn more on the 4mm edge

Looking for £380 for all of them. works out £200 for the rims and £30 per tyre, they are ready to go all balanced and as said just took off the car Shocked

Thumbs Up

Hi Riverblanche
You may be aware that I purchased a set of 19s with tyres through the forum in the winter for my beastie. However they don't fit over my Brembos. With summer upon us I've put the task of sorting this out on the back burner. However if your wheels fit over Brembos then I might be interested. Robin

Hi Eaters,
I believe that Tim in Scotland has had the same pattern fitted Over Brembo's Thumbs Up

Confess did not know but your post for info on wheels that DO fit and Tim has posted a photo of the same pattern,
I am after one wheel the same as Puffmw has used as well (they have our winters on and it's the type SWMBO wants!!)
If you need any specific measurement let me know, as both have fitted on my 2010 with no issues, ( although not tdv8)

Thumbs Up

I don't wish to hijack this posting but, in case it is of use to others, I bought these 19 inch wheels (and tyres)

and they don't fit over the Brembos on my TDV8. Big Cry

I'm not sure which of the numbers on the reverse details the specific type of wheel but at a guess is this it?

One other snap which may be relevant is this where I think it shows the offset:

I'm a bit puzzled by this as I think offset is normally "IF" something and these are "IS53"
There are other snaps of the wheels in my gallery

As mentioned, not something I am panicking about now but I would like to resolve it before next winter either with new wheels or a way of making these ones fit.

Now I am taking over this post so will stop there and perhaps resurrect my other post on the subject.

However if someone can confirm that riverblanche's wheels will definitely fit then this could be part of my solution (and his) Thumbs Up Robin

Thanks for the thought Pufftmw however I am still struggling with the conflicting advice about my Brembos and 19 inch wheels. Talked to another Indie at the South of England Show last weekend and he thought that there were no 19 wheels that would fit over Brembos. So I need to get the beast to an expert with my 19" wheels and just let them advise.
So for now I can't risk any more clutter in my garage until I've sorted out what I have. Crying or Very sad Robin

My comment unfortunately won't help resolve this, but my neighbour purchased a set of LR 19" alloys for winter use, and they didn't fit over the Brembo Discs, I think it depends on pattern of wheel, but not shown in my LR RRS Catalogue with Brembo Brakes on 19" just the 20"s and above.
There must be a definitive answer, does it differ between MK1 and MK2 and facelift car versions. Whistle John
