Condenser change help.

Hi I am changing the condenser on my 2006 s/c hst. I am nearly there I have most of the front off but am stuck at the last hurdle.

The rad in front of the ac condenser is held by four bolts, the one in the bottom left is hidden behind the crash bar bracket.

Any ideas?

thanks guys.

I am so close, mine has the aux rad in front of the condenser. I have removed the main slam panel and the lower crash bar. There is a bolt on the bottom left of the aux rad which is hidden behind the bracket that the lower crash bar was fitted to. Just cant get to it to be able to bring the aux rad forward.

Thanks, here's a pic of the hidden bolt, I have taken pics all the way and will create a thread when done. I only work in a shop so if I can do it anyone can!

OK Nico, will do mate, going to reassemble all on Friday.

I think the dealers do if differently by lifting all the rads out from the top as a unit but that means dropping the cooling system. This way is time consuming I would have got to this stage in about 2 hours but seized bolts turned it into a days work.

Cheers mate. Any help would be appreciated. I've also got to fit a air-conditioning pump so looks like it will be a fun weekend for me. Cheers
