TDV8 Cold start then stops after 2 secs

2010 RR Sport with TDV8. Intermittently ( coinciding with very cold weather) engine starts and immediately stops. No lights or indications. May start after umpteen attempts over 10 mins or 60 mins. Electrician has cleared the diagnostics and waiting for the next occurrence to read ( hopefully)

Glowplugs? Fuel? Any suggestions
