Thumbs up for Sturgess Leicester

Bits and bobs sorted while I waited including poor workmanship by supplying dealer.

New wheels ordered as mine were a bit patchy colour wise.

Well pleased with the service so far, will update when I get the wheels swapped.

Quick update.
Phoned them last Tuesday as I had not heard anything (was not bothered by this as it is not urgent)
Got put through to parts, not service Rolling Eyes the guy was very helpfull and said that some wheels had come in that morning, he checked on the screen and they were mine. He said he would 'pass the sheet' back to service and they would be in touch to book me in.
No call!
Rang them on Thursday, all service lines were busy, took my number and said that I would get a call back withen 15 mins.
No call!
Rang them Friday afternoon got the car booked in for the 14th, they could have done the 12th but I couldn't.
Freelander loaner no problem, on my insurance.
May give them a little test. I am off roading at the show this coming weekend and so I think I will leave my spare set of wheels on the car and take my normal set in the boot. Will ask them to swap the wheels back to normal when the new set has been fitted, wonder if I will get some sucking through teeth noises.
Will let you know!

ps
Was not such a short update after all Rolling Eyes

More good work / service from Sturgess

Cutting out traced to loose -ve lead
New windscreen fitted due to some faulty elements
Tracking sorted.
Foam fitted to the heating sensor (this makes a big difference if you find you are forever turning up the temperature on a long run)
Car cleaned
They are also helping me rid all evidence of the c--p supplying dealer, so I now have a Sturgess tax disc holder and keyrings and a promise of new number plates the next time I go in Very Happy
