United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Santorini Black
Extended Warranty

Hey guys,
Long time... I am paying crazy money for extended warranty - 272 a month. I wanted to know if anyone is paying as much and general views on whether have it or not. Its ridiculous. I am running 2010 5l S/C Autobiography.

Thanks Vadim A.

LR's Extended Warranty isn't that much is it? Shocked Used to be about £1100 pa incl LR Assist. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Yep the older the car the more money they charge as the more expensive parts start to wear out Thumbs Up

Hi

I have been paying £1340 on a 2008 2.7. I thought the petrol ones were more reliable!

I wouldn't pay £3000+ pa for a warranty on an RRS. They're not that unreliable - even mine at the height of its warranty claims only went over £3k once and that was two turbos going. On a S/C I'd be amazed if you'd do £3k pa. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

The maximum individual claim is £3k which for an RRS seems very low to me! RRS (MY13) Santorini Black SDV6 HSE luxuary

Depends on the level of warranty unless they've changed it. Used to be one that was limited to the value of the car and one limited to £3.5k. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
