does anyone offer a service to repair the spring on the rear parcel shelf?

thanks MrC Working with Virgin Trains and band of Brothers/Sisters to do something special for our injured servicemen and women

If its come unwound, you can rewind it yourself with care and a little patience. If the spring has broken then it might be off to the breakers for a replacement. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute.
