Is this part actually covered by the Land Rover warranty? Its the rear one and the indy reckons its not a recent thing plus it went into the dealer and they never mentioned it

If its covered should I get it done by the dealer or the indy? The indy seems to have given me reason to trust him implicitly whereas the dealer Guy Salmon of Sheffield hasn't
