RRS L320 Bluetooth Module

Hi everyone,

I posted previously about retrofitting a Bluetooth module to my 2010 RRS as my audio screen stated "No phone fitted". Having explored I have found that it does in fact have the module in place so I cannot understand why it isn't available. Could this be an LR issue where they have locked it at the factory?

Any thoughts or suggestions greatfully received.

Thanks

Duncan

Bodsy,

I tried the other day after it arrived and couldn't get it to work. Looked up the error message online and was led to believe I didn't have the module fitted. Just done it again with your help and we have liftoff.

Thanks so much! It's been driving me nuts!

Do you have red/green buttons on the steering wheel? If not, then you don't have phone module.

Steve,
So we know you have the latest software.
Switch off blutooth on your phone, the. Switch the phone off.

Disconnect your battery cables and hold the cable ends together for twenty seconds before putting back on the battery.

Then switch your phone back on and BT back on. See if it picks it up then. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

MY2010 RRS AB TDV8 - Bluetooth Audio streaming?

Hi.
Forgive me if this is the wrong way to post this enquiry but my kids have not finished their training me on how to use forums and all things modern and young.

My question is a simple one. I have an RRS AB MY2010 TDV8 which has just about everything loaded at the factory including the Logic audio upgrade. It would be fantastic to be able to stream from my phone in BT the audio. Is it possible to upgrade this feature in some way as I understand that MY11 on had this ability.

I know you can connect iPod to the special connector but this feature stopped working long ago and was temperamental at the best of times. the BT phone hookup works fine and always has.

Hope some one can assist me. Question SVR On My Wish-List
