Immobiliser permenantly on. No EKA code. HELP!!!

Hi. I have a 2006 Sport 2.7 Diesel HSE. I recently changed my battery and fob battery and now my engine immobiliser is on and i cant get it off. I dont have a EKA code and waiting on a new secondary fob.

How do i get it reset so i can turn the bloody thing on again. Fob works fine, ignition works just doesnt turn over. I can hear the relays clicking and the immobiliser light is flashing every second or so.

Is this something a local garage can reset?

Thanks

Hmm. New joiner makes two posts both praising a service. Looks like advertising to me.

We already have a key refurb service at a lower cost and is approved by the site owner. See RRUK in the for sale section. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

Nothing of the sort, I was just over joyed at not having to pay for a new key and thought it would be good to share. They did a great service for me and some of my friends also with different types of cars.

Also the person you are referring too only changes the case, Please see what hes posted.

Price £30
NB: Key must work, I can't fix PCB errors or re-programme. If the micro switches are broken I cannot fix these.
I can test your existing battery in situ and if required for a brand new Panasonic VL2330. I charge an addition £10 to cover the cost of the battery.

So £40 all in

This would not of worked on my key as it was badly damaged and needed new buttons and new rechargeable battery, On top of this it did not start my car either. It was well and truly knackard. £39 Quid and 48 hrs later all sorted Bow down

So not wanting to pee on anyones chips but its actually £1 cheaper for a more in depth service
