But they really are just trucks, let's not get away from the fact that the adds show them crossing rivers climbing steep hills and driving rough roads, that what I purchased mine to do. If I wanted Lux there are sooo many better choices. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.

Has anyone with this noisy brakes problem tried a "proper" bedding in - i.e. multiple hard stops, get them stinking (as in smoking) hot, followed by a period at reasonable speed to cool them down (and no full stops to allow pad material transfer to the discs while they are very hot)?

I use this technique to "condition" my brakes occasionally, if I get any "pulsing" or brake noise from them, and have done so on a number of different vehicles with some success.

Obviously while braking from higher speeds, take all necessary precautions ................. MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

I've now been offered the upgrade fix ! waiting for the dealer to book me in ! Not holding my breath

I use mine for shooting so gets very muddy !! does tend to scare the birds on full chat tho Shocked Shocked Thumbs Up

I can confirm the enhancement was released on 14th September 2016.
