Help Please, Water in fuel sensor circuit

Hi guys i have a 2010 Range Rover Sport HSE, about 2 weeks ago i got the car fully serviced with parts from Euro car parts including fuel filter, ever since i got the fuel filter changed my car keeps coming up with the orange triangle restricted performance, i then got the water in fuel sensor from Land Rover i changed that too but still the fault keeps coming back up. i have also tryed disconnected the sensor but the fault keeps coming back up. What have i done wrong?? could it be that the fuel filter i got from euro car parts is not good quality?? could the sensor i bought from Land Rover be faulty???. Any help would be very much appreciated and thank you in advance. The Fault code that is showing is P2264 WATER IN FUEL SENSOR CIRCUIT
