I've seen a few negative reviews on discosportforum about F pace saying DS is better and cheaper so didn't bother looking Confused

Hardly surprising that DS owners think the DS is better than the competition... Rolling Eyes 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

You will need to constantly let us know the MPG and zero running costs Muddy. Preaching your new found frugality will become your hobby. You must get your F type as the PHEV will give you zero pleasure to drive, they are very boring.

Mind you, having driven a DS over the weekend, I almost see why you have done it. Driving a DS seemed no different from a Kia Sorrento to me. Having not had an LR product for 5 years now since I sold my RRS, I was surprised at how run of the mill and mundane they have become for inflated prices. The LR brand seems to have gone downmarket, mass appeal instead of being special.

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Well, following on from my XC90 phev test drive which I loved, I had an F-Pace S for 48 hours.

Oh my goodness. I loved it. I'll be staying with JLR for my next motor, but alas it will only be the Jaguar bit!

When I am honest and look at how many times I used my RRS2 off road, it was 3 times in the last 3 years, and that's just because I could.

The 3lt F Pace looked fantastic, handled even better, and will do everything I need it to.

I loved the XC90, but the 2lt 4 pot derv lets it down. Had it of had a larger derv engine I very likely would have went for that, but at £60k, it's steep money for a Volvo. The F-Pace S is essentially the same money which adds a few extras into the mix too. MY10 HSE 3.0 TDV6 : Santorini Black : Ebony Interior w/Anigre wood : Privacy Glass (total) : Sunroof : Sidesteps : Hybrid TV : Detachable Tow Kit : Spare Wheel Cover : 22" Dished Supersports
