United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 S Java Black
no aux connection in rear console

hello all, can anyone assist before I lose my mind, ok here is the dilemma 07 range rover sport with no aux port in rear, removed the useless little pocket thing, to discover two connectors one is a 12v supply the other I'm assuming is the aux supply to the head unit, question is do this work and what is required to connect this up to an aux port connector, thanks in advance if anyone can help

Aux port has a red and blue wires and ground.

I guess you could buy a panel if it's to be used by rear seat passengers.
Or connect a lead y it if it's for use by ppl in the front.

ok chaps update regarding aux connection, opted for the less hassle route and purchased an FM transmitter from amazon, it was delivery in less than 36 hours and cost £20, it connects to Iphone via bluetooth and to audio via the FM transmitter so no wires at all, it sits nicely in the front 12v output, used it as a hands free for phone calls and its as good as any other handsfree device, the unit even tells you your battery voltage on start up, very happy indeed, next question for you all is what is the best diagnostic tool available, I have the autoenginuity and software but for some reason it does not recognise my vehicle, software may need update any help again appreciated

FM transmitter purchased:

[Upgraded Version] Nulaxy Bluetooth FM Transmitter MP3 Player Hands-free Calling Wireless Radio Car Kit Charger with 3.5mm Audio Port and Dual USB Ports, Micro SD/TF Card Reader Slot for iPhone Samsung Galaxy iPad
