Reverse Camera and TV Installation

Hi

I need some help.

I bought a reverse camera, and I need to plug it into my RRS2010 version screen display. I have disconnected the screen
and there is no option to connect anything else to the screen.

Can anyone please let me know how to do this?

Would I need an adaptor or the connector is located elsewhere?

Sounds like you may need a GVIF unit. It's a fiddly install but will let you connect 3 or 4 phono plugged cameras to your screen. Have a search on here there is a write up I think

Hi Pal I was in the same boat as you fitted camera, the only way it is going to work is by a module that is connected to the sat nave under the seat,
you can buy it from:
Nav TV

they are £379.00

www.nav.tv

Easy to install simple plug and play and also gives you 3 extra video inputs in addition to the reverse camera input

wish you all the best, if you need help I am near Heathrow Airport (Uxbridge)
Chuck us an Email: mani.gill379@gmail.com

Regards

If it's the facelifted 2010, there isn't a satnav under the seat. You will have to remove the full touch screen unit and open it to connect the gvif ribbon cables (I found this out the hard way)
