what needs doing?

Hi All, Newbie here.

Recently bought my RRS 2.7 hse 2006 (114,000 miles) - had cam belt & ARB's done and a major service at the same time.

i note, not having had a diesel before (previous cars XJ 3.6 V8 & RR 4.6 VCool the ride seems a little bumpy /noisy, more so on the little bumps! And noisy engine especially at 35mph revs 1600/1800. All ok at 29/30 & 45/50 revs drop to 1300/1500.

so if this seems all ok what should i be looking to have done? EGR valve - diffs etc etc - i intend to keep it until i retire 5 years (or longer) so i want to get the best out of it.

thanks for any info.

I wonder if they put the correct grade oil in it. Confused

Not sure you will get many responses in this section.
