just placed order for my 2nd L494 HSE

just bitten the bullet and ordered my 2nd RRS L494 HSE
this time wanted to brighten up a little so went for Montalcino Red, anyone else gone for that?

Dealer says delivery should be mid April, so not as much as a wait as last time around.
Other than the issues with the first one:
Tank slosh - sorted
Quality, fit and wear of the leather on the front seats - not sorted
Speaking brake pedal - not sorted
the car has been great - even better since we put winter boots on it!

I'm hoping the replacement will be just as good but with a few mods down to MY16.5 Colin

Current - 68 plate RRS2 HSE in Corris Grey
Gone - 16 plate RRS2 HSE in Montalcino Red
Gone - 64 plate RRS2 HSE in Barossa
Gone - 2012 Porsche Cayman R
Gone - 2012 Porsche Cayenne Diesel
Previous:
2012 Range Rover Evoque Dynamic (too small unfortunately)
2012 VW Amarok (too slow and not enough engine!)
2009 Audi R8 V8 Coupe (lots of fun but sadly gone)
2008 Range Rover Sport HSE TDV8 (great but unreliable)
2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe (great car sadly missed)

Personally I would have waited for the facelift which is probably when LR will upgrade the infotainment to incontrol touch pro. MY16 (65) RRS, HSE, White, 21" 507s, Pan/Black Roof, 7 Seats, Ebony/Cirrus, Surround Cams, Fully Color Coded

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Firenze Red

Chaligan, I assume you purchased from MacRae & Dick Inverness from your address. If this is the case you will have a very good dealer to do business with. I don't believe Parks will make much difference as the people have all remained the same.

Enjoy your new car when it arrives in April.

Cheers,

2015 RRS HSE SDV6 Firenze Red with Santorini Panoramic Glass Roof, gone but not forgotten.

no, haven't bought from the local dealer you mention, haven't been too impressed with them and have posted issues in the past. Bought from the same dealer in Aberdeen that I bought my previous RRS, who seemed more interested in my business. Just a shame they're such a long way away. Colin
