Leather Colour & Repair Recommendations

Hi All, need some help. I'm planning on (carefully) magic sponging the interior this weekend, as you can see from the pics it's very much in need of it but at the same time I need to repair the bolster. I've seen the liquid leather scuff master which seems to be fairly good but they I would need to specify the colour before ordering.

My question is - what colour is my interior!? It's a 2006 SC btw. I was thinking it's ivory or alpaca but I really don't know and probably should. Is there an easy way to find out or can one of you guys tell straight away?

Thanks, I thought so. I think it's just so damn dirty that it's hard for me to tell. I'll just get it cleaned and I'm sure it'll look like a new car Very Happy

What are u planning on cleaning the non-leather bits with? I use a good quality leather cleaner but not found dash board or other cleaner for the Ivory yet.

Good luck!

What actually is leather and what isn't?

I use leather cleaner on everything haha! It's can't hurt right?

- Leather seats and backs and headrests
- Armrests ? Leather?
- Dashboard and glove boxes - feels like leather but probably not
- Doors - also feels like leather
- Center glove console - where the fridge is - leather?
- center console sides (near drivers left knee / passenger right knee) - plastic definitely 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.2 s/c with Arden bodykit

Hi Citizen55

Yeah, well the plastic bits etc, glove box etc, sides of footwells.

I tried a bit of meguires leather cleaner, but it kinda made it look grubby on the plastics so wasn't keen to use it.
The plastics have all got a textured finish so it kinda is difficult to clean. Most 'cockpit/dash' cleaners make it look grubby.

Perhaps soapy water?
