Wales 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Java Black

Well done VA - you're braver than me. It must have been faulty mud to have stuck you like that. That Northern stuff is not as good as the southern mud, eh?
Personally, I wouldn't mind having a go at a "milder" course. Hope something comes up soon.

I can't believe you'd do that to a RRS. I'm shocked, I really never thought anybody would ever do that to one! LoL.

You ought to be ashamed Wink LoL. Good work though mate...............and brave!

By the way, I'm 99.9% sure I can get a set of x4 RRS 19's ( Good Condition ) used for about 450 with good condition GoodYear tyres on mate (19"'s ).

PM me if interested, if they are still available I'll be able to supply photos.

Andy

Good one.
Keep the old scratched alloys for off-road use and change them over each time like I do. Takes away the worry when off-roading. When you ruin the tyres you can stick some off-road tyres on them.
I did see someone selling 19" tyres for £90 on the D3 forum this week too.... Matt

I was intending to do that, but have you seen the prices of an old Defender that is road legal Shocked
Then you've got to insure it and keep it up maintained. I decided it was cheaper to invest in a second set of wheels/tyres and have some luxury. Next on the shopping list is some body protection from http://www.protec-magnet.com/PMlandrover/landrover.html Matt

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

If you guys are getting the offroad bug, my M Reg 300tdi Defender is up for sale. Full offroad spec (front and rear winches, roll cage, snorkel, GPS, diff locks, Simex Jungle Trekker Tyres, CB radio). Was professionally prepared by Devon 4x4 about 3 years ago and has entered and won (or at least been placed) in a good few offroad competitions since then. Bullet proof engine and gear box, body work shows a good amount of battle scars, but all character building stuff. Open to offers, but must go to a "good home" where she will be regularly taken out for a walk - through bottomless bogs, impenatrable forests and steep sided gorges...... Twisted Evil RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini
Disco 4 TDv6 HSE Ipanema
Defender 90, 200tdi CSW
