2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Will these Range Rover alloys fit my 2009 Range Rover Sport

I've seen a nice set of alloys on gumtree and they are off a Range Rover L322. My Range Rover Sport is a 2009 2.7 TDV6 (2005-2009 model year)
They are 20 inch alloys and the tyre is 275/45/R20 - 109V

I'm just wondering is it a simple case of a straight swap out with my old ones?
