Great for spare parts, by post I bought Reciever and aerial for FBH Remote operation, at better than normal Stealer prices. Ask for Nick itisme

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Santorini Black

I took my 06 RRS-SC into Yeovil for tracking and had a terrible experience there.

My tracking was out and I had some vibration in the steering wheel so I took it in for tracking and wheel balancing.

When I picked it up the tracking was worse than when I dropped it off, I called them the next day (I picked the car up at 5:30) and explained the situation. I was told that they wouldn't touch the car until both front tires had been replaced as they were badly worn. When I asked why they had balanced them when they knew they needed changing they said that maybe they hadn't thought that one through.
They offered to give me a refund for the wheel balancing and to retrack the vehicle for free once the tires were replaced. I replaced the tires and took it back into them and they tracked it again and gave me a list of faults on the vehicle.
They stated that the boot was split on the front lower ball joint was spit and needs replacing I was quoted £280
The bushes on the upper rear swing arms were reported as being dangerously worn and needed replacing immediately, I was quoted £840 for that repair and last on the list was the wiper blade on the back window was worn and needed replacing, I was quoted £45.
I took the car away to find the tracking was still wrong, I went to T&S Normans in Shepton Mallet and got them to track it properly (amazing job, over the moon with it and cheaper than the dealership too) I had looked at the rear upper swing arms and couldn't find anything wrong with them (I'm an hgv mechanic by trade) but thought I would get a second opinion, so I had Steve look the vehicle over and while he confirmed that the boot was split he agreed with myself that there was nothing wrong with the upper swing arms.

So all in all the Yeovil dealership are hopeless, I've ordered a few parts from them but would never trust them to touch my car again.
