Yes, that's him. Wading through loads of messages, there's one showing a filthy SVR and text along the lines of "car going back, gutted, missing it". So presumably he likes the car or else it's because the free-ride gravy-train has hit the buffers. Mark

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Sumatra Black

He liked the Sport very much and wondered during his review what an even sportier version would be like. This was around the time in 2013 when he went to SVO.

In here -

2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Zermatt Silver

Notice the rear offside passenger reading light on during the drive. Very easy to have this on...you only have to get your head close to the light putting stuff on the rear seat and it stays on. Not sure whether it shuts off when the car goes to sleep.

Bob, yes it does go off, I've had it on a couple of times when out driving but I can reach back and turn it off when stopped anyway.

Now that he works for JLR, I assume he's gagged from publishing his own reviews like the original RRS.

I used to like his reviews because he saw the cars in a different light than the stereotypical magazine reviewer - young, newly married (say), struggling to make ends meet, would be doing something else if they were any good. Their reviews are laden with excessive sarcasm and phrases like "wallet-emptying fuel consumption". Theirs maybe, not mine. Mark

No, afraid not. The only spare you can option is a space saver
