Passenger side heating not getting warm

Just wondered if anyone can assist with details of how to get at the passenger side blender motor? I have tried the reset procedure and this hasn't cured the fault.

From searching around here and D3 would appear the blender motor is a common problem along with blocked heater matrix. And pointers for getting to the blender motor would be greatly appreciated!
