Lack of power when cold?

Hi, all... I have RRS for 2 years and it's Been a fab car with very little issues. However, in the last day or so when I drive the car first thing in the morning it struggles to pull away until the engine is warm. Once I have driven it for say 15 mins it's fine for the rest of the day. Any idea what causing the issue?

I wonder if it might be an EGR valve issue. The EGR isn't supposed to start working until the engine is up to temperature but if it's stuck a bit open then that might cause power issues. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I must confess that's what I thought but I don't have any fault codes on the dash... Just wondering if it's a sensor problem that only shows a problem when the car is cold ( engine not warmed up)
I have given the car a really good hard drive but it doesn't seem to make any difference. The EGR valves are a couple of years old..
