Finally had the call from my dealer to let me know my RRS has arrived and should be ready for collection on Friday It's been too long a wait but its gonna of been worth it! Told they were expecting it on the 19th so I was one very happy man when they phoned me yesterday

the wait will be worth it top0cat I have now had mine for a few days after a year of waiting now (HSE Dynamic with a few goodies)and I am still smiling, never had a JLR before (always been Volvo) so far I love it, first impressions are "crickey she does shift a bit" and going round the roundabout a bit quick, really notice that dynamic thingy....spent a bit too long with the handbook and menus though, think we are there now..... only worries so far are "its a bit high for the ladies" even in access mode (still 50/50 on the side steps though) and I have that lane departure thingy switch by the right of the steering wheel right next to the tailgate opener... and yes you can open the tailgate in "Drive" not sue that's a good idea......apart from that all good, and yes think I got the GAP but life's too short to worry about that....Enjoy the wait Enjoy the car....

Well guys it all went to plan and picked her up on Friday, not been near the internet since can't keep out of the RRS it's awesome to drive! Got some picks but can't seem to upload them, any ideas why?

Viper - Ordered the RRS on the 26/04/14 and landed at dealers on the 09/09/14, then 2 days for mudflaps, platinum protection application and pre-inspection!
